tkk999's Responsible Gaming Policy and Protection Tools
Keep entertainment enjoyable — play at tkk999 within your limits, safely and mindfully. Our protection tools are always here for you.
What is Responsible Gambling and why does it matter?
tkk999 believes that online betting and casino gaming should be pure entertainment — not a guaranteed way to earn money. Responsible gaming means setting a budget within your means, managing your time, and playing with full awareness. When gaming goes beyond entertainment and turns into a financial or mental problem, it is no longer enjoyable.
We place the highest priority on every player's protection on our platform. That is why tkk999 provides multiple safety tools to help you keep your gaming habits under control. On this page you will learn how to set deposit limits, activate self-exclusion, take a time-out, and contact our support team when needed.
Remember: gambling is never a way to pay off debts or recover financial losses. The core principle of responsible gaming is to accept losses when they happen and never go beyond your budget.
Our Protection Tools
Deposit Limits
Set a maximum limit on your daily, weekly, or monthly deposits. Once a limit is set, it will not be possible to add funds to your account beyond that amount, keeping you protected from overspending.
Time-Out Feature
Need a short break? Temporarily close your account for 24 hours to 30 days. During the time-out you will not be able to log in, place bets, or make deposits, but your account will reopen automatically when the period ends.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel that gambling is having a negative impact on your life, activate self-exclusion for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During this period your account cannot be reopened.
Gaming History Review
You can view a detailed history of all your bets, wins, losses, and deposits at any time. Analyse your own gaming patterns and make informed decisions.
24/7 Support
Our live chat support is available around the clock in Bengali for any issue you face. Feel free to reach out with any question related to responsible gaming.
Age Verification
To open an account or play at tkk999, you must be 21 years of age or older. We are strict about age verification to keep underage individuals away from gaming.
For ages 21 and above only
To use tkk999 in Bangladesh, you must be at least 21 years old. We oppose participation in gambling by minors and age verification is mandatory at registration. If you suspect someone you know is playing while underage, please notify our support team.
Recognise the Warning Signs of a Problem
If you notice any of the following signs, take a break from gaming and contact our support team.
- Repeatedly placing larger bets to try to recover lost money ("chasing losses")
- Hiding your gambling from family or friends
- Prioritising gaming over daily responsibilities, family, or sleep
- Taking on debt or spending savings because of gambling
- Feeling anxious or irritable when you are unable to play
- Repeatedly breaking limits you set for yourself
- Feeling mentally exhausted or depressed after losing
How to Use the Protection Tools
Go to Account Settings
After logging in, select the "Responsible Gaming" section from the "Account" or "Profile" menu.
Choose Your Limit
Deposit limit, loss limit, or session time limit — choose the control that suits you.
Enter the Amount or Duration
Enter the limit amount or the number of days for the time-out and confirm the change.
Notify Support
If you need self-exclusion, let our support team know via live chat or email and they will take immediate action.
Reducing a limit takes effect immediately
If you reduce an existing deposit limit, it takes effect right away. However, increasing a limit requires a set cooling-off period to prevent hasty decisions.
Self-exclusion cannot be cancelled
Once self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be cancelled before the period ends. Please consider this carefully before making the decision.
Tips for Playing Responsibly
Decide how much you are willing to spend before you start playing and stick to that budget.
Do not treat gaming as a source of income — it is entertainment, and there is always a chance of losing.
Do not bet while drinking or in a highly emotional state — make decisions with a clear head.
Take regular breaks, avoid playing for long stretches at a time, and spend time with family and friends.
Avoid the temptation to place larger bets after a loss in an attempt to make up for it.
If you feel something is going wrong, do not be embarrassed — contact our support team right away.
